Italian Seasoning

Making your own Italian Seasoning is so easy and once you make it, you'll want to sprinkle it on everything. I add it to olive oil and dip bread in it.
When I am in a rush, I open a bag of pre-washed vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus or green beans coat them with a bit of olive oil and then add a generous sprinkle of this seasoning mix. I pop the seasoned veggies in the air fryer for about 4 minutes at 350 degrees and presto, you have a quick, delicious, no-hassel side.
I sometimes prepare a few veggies sides in this manner and set them on a tray with olives, marinated chickpeas, a bit of cheese, bread and nuts to make a vegetarian antipasto or an Italian inspired delicious snack tray.
